Donnelly Tanker Management Ltd. was established in 1995 under the name Donnelly Ship Management Co. Ltd. Donnelly Tanker Management is a Cyprus-based company specializing in the technical management of tankers and other specialized vessels. The company initially focused on managing several newly built oil and product tankers. In 2003, it was renamed Donnelly Tanker Management Ltd. to reflect its shift towards exclusively managing and operating tankers. Additionally, Donnelly Greece was founded in 2015 to further expand operations.
